Lone Star Tool FREIGHT FREE on UPSable orders over $300 & under 70 lbs.  Truck items are plus freight.
Lone Star Tool SAME DAY SHIPPING is guaranteed for stocked item orders placed by 3:00pm CST.
Lone Star Tool Stocked item orders are shipped from Ft Worth, Texas (Via UPS whenever possible).
Lone Star Tool Selected non-stocked items are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer.

Lone Star Tool Payment terms are NET 30 DAYS from invoice date.
Lone Star Tool No monthly statements are issued. Invoices are mailed daily on date of shipment.

Items purchased from Lone Star Tool Co. will be accepted for credit or refund based on the following:
a) Items are in original resellable condition and original packaging.
b) Items are in current price list.
c) If original invoice number is provided original full price will be credited.  If invoice number is not available credit will be issued at the lowest quantity break price.
Lone Star Tool Ship returns to us prepaid or call 1-800-345-7398 and we'll handle everything.  We will offer to arrange for pick up and will issue a UPS return control #.   Pick up fee will be waived if return is due to damage, defect or our error.

We do not charge restocking fees for returns of stocked items.  Non-stocked items may be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee if manufacturer imposes a return fee.

If you will immediately notify us of damage/shortage and keep the original shipping carton, we will handle all carrier freight claims. Replacement items will be shipped to you immediately.

All American made products distributed by Lone Star Tool Co. are lifetime guaranteed
against defects in material and workmanship (normal wear & tear, use & abuse excepted). All imported products (noted in catalog) are warranted for 12 months. We will repair or replace any items determined to be defective.
