Lone Star Tool Co. will be accepted for credit or refund based on
the following: a) Items are in
original resellable condition and original
packaging. b) Items are in current
price list. c) If original invoice
number is provided original full price will be credited. If
invoice number is not available credit will be issued at the lowest
quantity break price. |

Ship returns to us
prepaid or call 1-800-345-7398 and we'll handle everything. We
will offer to arrange for pick up and will issue a UPS return
control #. Pick up fee will be waived if return is due
to damage, defect or our error. |

We do
not charge restocking fees for returns of stocked
items. Non-stocked items may be charged a
minimum 10% restocking fee if manufacturer imposes a return
fee. |

guaranteed against defects
in material
and workmanship
(normal wear & tear, use & abuse excepted). All imported
products (noted in catalog) are warranted for 12 months. We will
repair or replace any items determined to be
defective. |
